Greenvoice is an online community for environmentally aware people. It is a platform for people to share, collaborate, communicate and voice opinions. It gives everyone the opportunity to make a difference to the environmental issues that matter to them.
Greenvoicers can take as active or inactive a role as they wish in the community. They can use Greenvoice as a way to meet people with similar interests, all the way through to becoming an activist running a campaign.
The ethos behind Greenvoice is that every little action contributes to the bigger picture. No matter how small, large or high profile your campaign is, Greenvoice is a great place to publicise and run it from. Have a browse around the current campaigns to get a feel of what is already there, as someone may have already created a campaign that is of interest to you.
We at Greenvoice aim to be carbon neutral. We do this by reducing our carbon emissions as much as possible, and by carbon offsetting the rest by investing in tree planting, renewable energy and energy conservation schemes. We encourage our users to do the same, and as such Greenvoice automatically offsets every registered users computers carbon footprint for one year for free.
